About The Founder

Frank D. Puissegur has extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including trust and business planning, business valuation and management services. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing professional practices, construction, PEOs and trucking. Frank has provided extensive tax, accounting and valuation services for litigation support purposes and has been recognized by many courts as an expert witness in the fields of accounting, valuation and taxation. He has spent  a good time in the area of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and the ancillary financing associated with the ventures.

Mr. Puissegur was appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida to the Florida Board of Accountancy on December 20, 2000 and served on that Board until December 11, 2008. He served as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Probable Cause Panel and Chairman of the Continuing Professional Education Committee. Additionally, he was a member of the Long Range Planning Committee and the Rules Committee.

Frank graduated in 1981 from the University of South Florida and did post-graduate studies at the University of Alabama. Along with his accounting practice Mr. Puissegur is the Chief Financial Officer of two publicly traded companies. Additionally, he is a principal in various private enterprises including real estate, software development, PEO consulting and others.

After graduation Mr. Puissegur passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountants examination and practiced for over forty years. He continues to provide high-level tax and litigation support services. He spends considerable time in the PEO space where he is involved in major mergers and acquisitions.

To broaden his professional background Frank took a battery of courses leading to a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Personal Financial Planning from the AICPA. Additionally, Frank is currently focusing more on working alongside SME clients to help them realize their financial ambitions.
